 Faccendi family has always been respectful of traditions and good taste. From early on, Francesco favorite snack was bread with chocolate, paired, at times, with a sip of red Tuscan wine. These first memories remained strong influencing a dream of creating with chocolate.

In 2012 his partner and muse, Carlotta Malinconi, helped him realise the first steps towards becoming a true chocolatier. Today, with a vast and interesting list of chocolate creations, Faccendi Chocolate places most emphasis on ingredient quality, talent and love for chocolate.

Faccendi process starts in an appreciation of a single element, from where they move on to experimenting with a variety of possible flavours. Finally, when the texture, aroma e flavour are in harmony, final stage of careful decoration begins.
